 Making an Appointment
Call 303-820-3336 to set up your appointment. (Note: We cannot take appointments via e-mail.) Please have a credit card ready, as we may require your card number to hold your reservation at Eden II Spa.
Prior to Arrival
In order to give you the best service, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may have their appointment times shortened or if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may reschedule your appointment for a later date. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give Eden II Spa 24 hour notice of your cancellation. Appointments not canceled within the 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee and gift certificates may be voided for their full amount.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of health and beauty. Gift certificates are available for any treatment services or may be given for an open dollar amount. Ask an Eden II representative for more information.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers before you enter Eden II. This is your time to relax and leave the world behind. If you must make a call before or after your appointment, you are more than welcome to use our courtesy phone.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cash. We also accept out of state checks, but please ensure you have your drivers license available. You may pay for your service before or after your treatment(s). Tips are always appreciated, but are always at your discretion.
Directions to the Spa and Parking
Eden II is centrally located just outside downtown Denver. There is free two hour parking on Acoma St. or metered parking on 11th (which is free on Sundays). If you are planning to stay for more than two hours, the Denver Public Library and Art Museum, just two blocks away, offers a parking garage.
Amenities
Eden II has on location a shower and full bathroom amenities if you feel you need to freshen up after your treatment(s).
Referral Program
Ask about our referral program. You are entitled to a discount for every new client you refer to Eden II.
